I shot off an email to Redbox and I hope they let you bring it back into the app store. they don't care about the codes because every time someone takes out a movie 2 out of 5 forget to bring it back. Even with a code after the first free day it starts charging you. As far as a Refund don't worry about it just do your best to fight back and see if you can get it back on. you made a great app and sold it at a great price you should not be punished for that.
